We collect only information submitted for booking and support, including name, phone number, location, vehicle details and service request. It is used to respond, schedule service, provide estimates and coordinate assigned providers. We do not sell personal information. Necessary details may be shared with an assigned service partner solely to complete the request. Correction or deletion requests may be sent to the support email.

An inquiry is not a confirmed booking. Service is confirmed only after area, time and technician availability are verified. Estimates may change if inspection reveals additional parts or labour; additional work requires approval. The 10% first-service discount applies to eligible new customers and qualifying service items only. Parts, taxes, towing, emergency assistance and third-party charges may be excluded. Timelines are targets and may be affected by traffic, weather, parts or vehicle condition.

For booking status, estimates, complaints or cancellation, use the official WhatsApp desk or email support@fairlinkautoking.online. Include your name, vehicle model, location and booking reference. For emergencies or unsafe roadside situations, contact local emergency or authorized roadside services first.

Cancellation is free before technician dispatch unless a disclosed inspection, logistics or parts cost has been incurred. Approved refunds return through the original payment method within the provider’s processing time. Custom-ordered or installed parts may be non-refundable except where legally required or defective under applicable warranty.
